Furthermore, if the latest rumours are to be believed then it appears like the OnePlus 5 smartphone is going to run on Android Nougat 7.1.2 operating system with Hydrogen OS to top it off.
As mentioned earlier, the Chinese company recently confirmed the arrival of the OnePlus 5 smartphone this year. According to a report published by The Verge, the smartphone will apparently be launched in the summer of 2017. When the company took to Weibo to publish the news, they accompanied the announcement with an image that read, ‘Hello 5,’ alongside caption that read, ‘Give me five.’ It is being reported that OnePlus decided to ditch the number 4 due to the bad omen that it brings. Thus, the 2017 OnePlus flagship smartphone will be called OnePlus 5.
As per BGR, the OnePlus 5 smartphone is expected to feature a 5.5-inch quad-HD display with 1440 x 2560 pixels and will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 SoC. Apart from that, the device will supposedly pack a 23MP rear camera along with an 8MP front snapper. The smartphone is also widely speculated to be powered by a 3,600mAh battery. Source: koreaportal
